Dublin-born, Berlin-based artist and filmmaker Declan Clarke takes us on a journey of post-revolutionary cinema from Cologne, Germany to Bucharest, Romania. Clarke will show his film Cologne Overnight (2010) and the UK premiere of the Bucharest-set, On Our Own We Are Free To Do Many Things (2012).
