Join us for a tour exploring how artists use different ways of communicating, talking and reporting to show political conflicts. Throughout the tour we will take in the postcard-size paintings of conflict zones by Francis Alÿs, a film commenting on the fragility of Dagestan culture in the face of Sovietisation, and a piece exploring the result of the 1944 deportation from Chechnya and Ingushetia.

This tour will begin at Victoria Gallery & Museum before moving to St George’s Hall.
