The Liverpool Biennial Associate Artists programme is a major new initiative by Liverpool Biennial, in partnership with Independent Curators International (ICI) and CACTUS, which supports 10 artists based in the North of England to develop their careers internationally.

Part of India Buildings has been transformed into a ‘green room’ for artists to reflect, explore, collaborate and develop their practice. The room is a domestic-type space that contains seating for visitors.
